This agreement is between HealthyChoice Vending and its partners, hereafter referred to as HYV, and you as the operator.
Hosting
Hosting accounts are paid in 1 year increments, you will be notified to set up your payment account and you will be charged in advance of service. Recurring charges will happen automatically. Payment failure will be subject to website suspension. HYV reserves the right to refuse service. Early termination on the part of HYV will result in a refund of any unused months. You can discontinue your service at any time. However, no refund will be available for early termination on the part of the operator. HYV reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price adjustments will not take effect until your next term of service. Accounts that are expired over 45 days due to non-payment will be deleted without notification.
Support
HYV plans to provide website support through their coach's program but is under no obligation to provide ongoing support and may terminate said support at anytime.
